Because it was our first home and we were shopping from out of state we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. Raysun is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and great at communication. We met with other agents before committing to Raysun and it was clear from the first time we met her that she was the right person for us. We wanted someone knowledgeable not just about the area, but also super competent with contract negotiations, and the technical details of putting in an offer. We got the first house we put an offer on, and Raysun helped us negotiate a substantial amount in seller's concessions. We love our new home!

Raysun has extensive experience in what appeals to buyers, and was invaluable for her advice, including color schemes, lighting, fixtures, etc. She even accompanied me to various stores to purchase some of these items (as well as working, herself, on specific areas in the house). It took quite a while to get the house in order. Raysun actually created a marble top in the laundry that was amazing. When we finally put the house on the market (fall, 2022), we had passed that magic window where houses were selling like hotcakes, requiring much more effort on the part of agent. Raysun staged the house, sent flyers to near neighborhoods, had multiple showings, worked with other agents. Truly, she worked tirelessly. Her efforts paid off, in a not so friendly real estate environment. Raysun showed great understanding about contracts and is a great negotiator. She brought a terrific offer to the table, for both the sellers and the buyers, I might add. Neither sellers nor buyers will ever find a better agent!
